Alright, so I am starting Hordes and I am going with Skorne. Here's my first 500 pt Roster-

Madeka
Cyclops Brute
Cyclops Savage
Cyclops Shaman
Basilisk Krea
Swamp Gobbers
4 Cataphract w/ Harpoons
4 Cataphract w/ Halberd

I dont have the books anymore, so i am just going with Circle since i have that Warpwolf model.

You should use the Agonizer and a Bronzeback

Circle is awesome. Kreuger + WoldWyrd=Lightning SPAM!

I am going to try the Cataphracts + Madeka + Krea. There combined abilities will give the cataphracts 22 ARM! That's fucking RIDICULOUS.

IDK about the heavy warbeasts yet. Need to try a few games. The Cyclops are beatsticks anyway, and with the shaman I can cast animus really cheap.

the bronze back titian is amazing

so is the rhinodon (i have one of them BJ) you could test it out

I checked them out. I really like the Rhinodon- it actually is pretty quick and has an awesome attack for killing multiple models. I am going to definately check that thing out.

As for the bronzeback, I'll buy it, but probably only use it in 750+ games, it's ALOT of points. I love the cyclops models so I am definately going to grab some of them. They seem to be pretty sick and can definately deliver a beatdown easy.

Well I still need to see the rules in action, but I was reading the background and looking at the models. I am going with either Skorne or Circle. I am thinking Skorne since I like the models the best, but we will see.

Yeah, I am doing Skorne. There are three books- Primal, Evolution, and Metamorphasis. Meta gave Skorne a huge boost to get them caught up with everyone else (They were considered the weakest until Meta.)

Skorne is full of beatsticks. All their gribblies boast really high armor and defense so they can be really difficult to kill. They are the epitome of a moving tank. The cyclops are pretty tight and the models are sick.

Circle is more tricky- they are really fast and good at caster runs (When playing caster kill the objective is to kill the opponents warlock) but their warbeasts are kind of middle of the road, except the Woldwarden and Megalith- those guys have the highest damage rating in the game (With low def and arm).

I am not really sure about Legion. They are pretty quick and have really good ranged attacks, but their Warbeasts are pretty lame in the armor dept.

I like the idea of legion the best but he models are poop. Circle models are cool but the play style is to much like elves. Skorne it is!

I actually like Legion's models alot. The Carnivean is the shit.

Typhon is the shit too, and Thagrosh.

But Skorne's models are sicker. Evil, soul-capturing bastards!

legion is the best facton by far in the game right now, and the new thagorosh model is amazing

IDK though, Ludwig. Every faction has just as good a chance, as I see it. eMorghoul owns eThagrosh.
